This watch does everything I want and I am extremely pleased with it. I am not a fitness fanatic but I walk daily and set the target at 15,000 steps each day. You can set all your details on the VeryFitPro app, very easy to do. I can record a long walk which logs the time it took, how long you walked, how many calories you have burned and your heart rate during this time. This is stored in the memory... Brilliant. The sleep function is very interesting showing you the times relating to deep and light sleep, I know some reviews say it is inaccurate but I would say it is spot on. The clock face is lovely and bright with 4 faces to choose from, easy to see and comes on with your wrist action. I turn this function off as it is very bright during the night but you can dim the brightness if you wish. The most important function for me is the call and message alert. I am not allowed my phone on me at work and the watch will vibrate to alert me to a call or message. I have 2 children at school and have missed important calls from them in the past so this is a fantastic function for me. Messages are vital for my busy day to day life and I can ignore the ones not relevant. There are other functions that I do not use, relax mode, alarms and music mode but I'm sure I will in time. These watches come in different colours, watch unit and strap, I opted for rose gold with a grey strap, not too girly and looks very smart. You can buy replacement straps if you fancy a change, they are easy to swap around with a sprung pin. I have to say I am so impressed with this that I have just bought my husband a black one. He loves it. Excellent quality that I would recommend to anyone wanting a good all round high functioning watch.
