I have not read anything by this author before but fancied a change from my usual authors, so I thought I would try this as it came up on my recommendations, I am so glad I did it is well written with drama and heartfelt moments and lots of interesting facts of things that went on during the war. The characters are believable and interesting how they live there lives I was not disappointed that I choose this author and shall continue to read her books.
