  This book was a fantastic read, it was extremely well written and showed Sara’s time a med school and the devastating circumstances that she suffered. The book includes violent crimes against women and girls.
  I love the family dynamics of the main group of characters, they may not all be related to each other but they have certainly got a family vibe going on.
  My only negative comment is that some of the chapters were too long, I can see why they had to be but it prevented me from reading a chapter before bed, I ended up nodding off halfway through 🤣
  Recommend this book.
