IThis is quite a good idea as a self improving book. Each week for fifty two weeks you are given various tasks to improve your quality of life from food to finance and relationships to being alone. Some of the ideas didn't appeal to me at all and you would have to be really disciplined to follow it for a year. Unfortunately I fell at the first hurdle, which was to drink more water every day and the first week was over before I realised. Still I enjoyed sitting in my armchair dreaming of what might have been.
