I don’t know how Theo manages to write another corker. He is a firm favourite of mine now, with every book he creates, I am never disappointed.
I don’t have much understanding of imposter syndrome, but I cannot imagine how their family members or themselves would feel.
I really liked Carly, but I do think she definitely needs to be more careful and not be gullible as such. Nelson is just a pig full stop, he started to annoy me. Which is a compliment to the author. I also did find Jake slightly annoying after a while, yes it can’t be nice to be in his position, he’s very young. But he seemed to me, very clingy.
I loved this book, fantastic story plot with fantastic characters.
