I'm a big fan of this series. I don't read them all in order, but that doesn't detract from the enjoyment and enough of the back story is reprised in that you are not confused. This one dealt with a truly horrendous crime and I've only given it 4 stars because it was really unbelievable, as was the ending. The plot and storytelling were really good but it was impossible to believe a group of doctors could all be that evil. I won't say any more for fear of spoiling it. Me too and assault of young women is a very current topic and it was well dealt with. I love Will and Sara. Looking forward to reading more in the series.
