  Classic Dean Koontz on form with a marvellously entertaining book with fabulous, interesting characters. I was as ever alternately torn with devouring & savouring. I am always gutted when I read the last few words of a great story & this was no different. Anyone who’s a fan of a well written thriller with elements of the supernatural & horror should enjoy this one. He & Stephen King always set the bar high with their stylish, yet easy to follow prose. I’m now on the prowl for my next adventure with, in my humble opinion, one of the greatest modern day writers. He just gets better & better.
